Shipping and Delivery
On placing an order, a “shipping confirmation” email containing the consignment number of the shipment of your order will be sent to you. Generally, the item is shipped within 1-2 working days from our warehouse to our logistics partner, who in turn may reach your doorstep within 48 hours or within a week, depending on the place of delivery. No shipments from us will be made on Sundays or on public holidays.
Shipping Locations
All shipments can be done across the globe. Shipments within India is done through our logistics partner and we ship to all Pin Code locations in India except to Pin Codes of remote places, Jammu and Kashmir, and in exceptional situations. We offer the most reasonable and economical global shipments cost and all shipments within India are free of charge. For all global shipments, kindly mail us at mup@manipal.edu with the desired shipment destination and the product shall be shipped to you at the earliest.
Returns and Cancellations
If the product received is damaged or defective, kindly return the same in the original packaging.Please enclose the invoice and a note stating the reason for the return and whether you prefer a replacement or a refund and send it to us through a trusted courier or mail. A fresh replacement per your choice will be sent or the amount will be refunded, as soon as we receive the defective item. The return of any defective/damaged item should be done within 48hours from the date of the receipt of the shipment to the address given below:

Refund and Cancellations
Cancellation is accepted only in case of defects. For the canceled order, an e-gift voucher for the canceled amount will be offered or the full amount shall be refunded within seven working days, depending on your bank.
Ordering
When the order is authorized for payment, a confirmation e-mail with your order number will be sent. The status of the order can be checked with this number. For orders which have more than 20 product quantities, shipping charges might be applicable on case-to-case basis at the sole discretion of “MANIPAL UNIVERSAL PRESS” management. In such cases, customers will be called and informed about the same. In case of cancellation and refund due to error from the customer, the customer will be charged up to 15% on credit card/debit card/net banking transactions off the total order value.
