He actively popularized India?s history and its glorious past. Three such articles are included as they present initiatives in Indian History by the Maharajas College History Society, Colonial Researchers on India and Mysore Government?s initiative in a Kannada Encyclopedia. In his biography in the second part, his students and children have written about his life as a teacher and father, providing a context of his period.
