Dr Radhika R Pai is an Assistant Professor (Senior Scale) in the Faculty of Nursing at Manipal College of Nursing, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal. She received her PhD in Oncology Nursing in 2020 from MAHE, with a clinical focus on oncology nursing and palliative care. Dr Radhika teaches fundamental nursing skills to first-year BSc Nursing students. Her research interests include Objective Structured Clinical Examination for nursing students, oncology nursing practice, and enhancing clinical competencies in nursing education. Dr Radhika is committed to fostering collaborations with local, interdisciplinary, and international communities for mutual benefit.
